We deliver across Singapore — to homes, offices, hospitals, and selected commercial spaces.

Kindly note, we do not deliver to restricted areas such as military zones, airports, and secured industrial sites.

Delivery Timing

Weekdays
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekends
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Each delivery is arranged within your selected time window. While we aim for care and punctuality, exact timing may gently shift with traffic and weather.

Same-Day Delivery

For selected arrangements only.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Singapore time) will be delivered the same day.

Orders after cut-off will flow into the next available schedule.

Delivery Fee

A standard delivery fee applies at checkout.
Occasionally, we offer complimentary delivery for selected collections or promotions.

If No One Is Home

We will try to reach the recipient or sender.
If needed, items may be left with a concierge or reception where permitted.

Re-delivery may incur a small additional charge.

Nature of Flowers

Flowers are seasonal and ever-changing.
If certain blooms are unavailable, we will gently substitute with flowers of equal or higher value, staying true to the original feeling and form.

Peak Seasons

During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and festive periods, delivery capacity may be limited.
We encourage early orders to secure preferred dates.
