Return & Refund Policy

Each arrangement is made with care, and every bloom is unique in its natural form. Because of this, all sales are considered final.


1. No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.


2. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Significant quality issue upon arrival

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within the same day of delivery with supporting photos.

We will review each case gently and fairly. Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

3. Natural Variation

Flowers are seasonal and naturally imperfect.
Slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Substitutions may be made when certain blooms are unavailable, always maintaining the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement.


4. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient not available
  • Wrong contact details provided

Re-delivery may incur additional charges.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched, subjected to approval from the Floral Culture.
Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.


6. Peak Period Orders

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year), all orders are strictly non-refundable due to high volume and limited availability.
